Neighborhood Watch Alert

SPECIAL ATTENTION: HIGH SHOALS AND SETTLERS BLUFF NEIGHBORHOOD WATCHES
BOLO
Be on the lookout for a black 2 door Honda Civic driven by 2 white males 20 to 30 years of age. The vehicle is further described as being lowered and having tinted windows; the vehicle has no hubcaps or they are believed to be painted black. It is believed to be an older model Civic due to the condition of the paint. The vehicle was possibly involved in a burglary on Sandy Springs off Miller Calhoun between the hours of 3:00pm and 4:00pm. A large amount of cash and a gun on unknown make or model were taken. Prescription drugs may have also been taken.
We responded to an alarm call on Chinkapin Trail around 2:45 to 3:00pm in which the front door was kicked in. The vehicle was seen by neighbors. The vehicle was also seen by 2 other residents in the area of Miller Calhoun and Cavender Creek. The vehicle came up the driveway and once realizing someone was home sped away.
All of the above residences were upscale homes with long driveways.
I also received information of the vehicle being spotted on Cavender Creek and Grindle Bridge Road during the last week. It is possibly traveling between White and Lumpkin Counties.
If you have any information or see this vehicle please email me directly or contact dispatch on the non-emergency number at 706.864.3633. Thank you for your support in helping us keep your neighborhood safe.
Best,
